A nationally representative sample of US adults aged 20 years and older was analyzed from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey between 2013 and 2020 . The prevalence of SHS exposure was higher in cancer survivors who were younger, racial minorities, and had a household income below 130% of the federal poverty level .
